Information ISMS Mobile Processes
ISMS Mobile is an authenticated school communication and operations app for parents and teachers. Schools create and manage user accounts. The app processes account profile information such as name, email address, role, school, and authentication status.
For parent accounts, the app may display child and school records such as student name, class, attendance, conduct, support notes, invoices, report cards, service opt-ins, notices, and parent-teacher messages. For teacher accounts, the app may display class, assignment, student, timetable, and school communication records.
For payment workflows, the app may process invoice details, outstanding amounts, payment status, and the phone number entered by a parent to initiate a supported payment collection. ISMS does not ask users to enter card numbers in the mobile app.
How The Information Is Used
Information is used to provide school services requested by the user's school, including sign-in, parent and teacher dashboards, school notices, report card access, payment initiation, service opt-in management, messaging, assignment management, and push notifications.
Operational records are also used for security, audit logs, account support, fraud prevention, service reliability, and legal or regulatory compliance.
Notifications, Files, And Device Data
ISMS Mobile can request notification permission so users can receive school updates. When enabled, a device push token and platform information may be registered with the ISMS service and its notification providers.
The app can generate report-card PDF files on the user's device so the user can view, download, or share them. These files are created only when the user requests the action.
The app may store sign-in tokens, app theme preference, and the configured API endpoint in secure local device storage to keep the session working between app launches.
Sharing And Service Providers
ISMS data is shared only as needed to operate the school platform, provide requested services, process payments, send notifications, host the service, secure the platform, or comply with law. Service providers process information on behalf of ISMS and the school.
Schools remain responsible for the school records they enter into the platform and for making sure parent, teacher, and student information is accurate and authorized.
Security And Retention
ISMS uses HTTPS in production, authenticated API access, role-based access controls, rate limiting, password reset protections, and audit logs for sensitive school workflows.
School records are retained for as long as needed to provide the school service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, support audits, and maintain backups. Schools can request correction, export, or deletion according to their agreement and applicable law.
Children's Information
ISMS Mobile is intended for adult parents, guardians, teachers, and school administrators. It is not directed at children. Student records may be displayed to authorized adults because schools use ISMS to manage learner progress, finance, and communication.
Account And Data Requests
Accounts are normally created and managed by the user's school. Users who need account deletion, data correction, or access to records should contact their school administrator first.

This policy may be updated as ISMS Mobile and the school platform evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
