Is ISMS suitable for a Ghanaian private basic school?
Yes. ISMS supports class levels from crèche and nursery through kindergarten, primary and JHS. Your school configures its academic years, terms, classes and fees. We will use your real school structure in the demo.
Can parents and teachers use the platform?
Yes. Teachers and parents have separate workspaces. Teachers access their assigned classes and parents access their linked children. Your school controls accounts and permissions.
Can we bring our existing school records?
We will review your current spreadsheets and records during onboarding, agree what needs cleaning and plan the setup of learners, classes, guardians and fees before you go live.
What is included in the Founding Schools programme?
Every founding school receives the core platform: admissions, learner records, attendance, fees and receipts, assessments, report workflows, parent accounts, teacher access, announcements, exports and ordinary support. Parents are never charged to read their children's school information.
How does term pricing work?
The first term is 99 pesewas per active learner, with a GH¢300 promotional minimum. From the next term, the price is GH¢3 per active learner, with a GH¢500 minimum. Both prices appear in your written quote before payment.
What happens when the internet connection drops?
Some previously loaded information remains available. Actions such as submitting attendance and confirming payments need a connection so everyone works from the latest record. The app shows connection and sync status.
